Terms of Service

Lupi makes short videos with generative AI, shaped by what you watch and what you ask for. These terms are the agreement between you and the people who run Lupi. By creating an account you accept them and our Privacy Policy.
Who can use Lupi
You must be at least 13 years old, or 16 in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. Lupi is invite-only; an invitation does not oblige us to open or keep an account. Keep your password to yourself — you are responsible for what happens on your account.
What you may not do
- Harass, threaten, bully or impersonate anyone, or post hate against people for who they are.
- Upload a photo of anyone but yourself, or try to make scenes of a real person — a celebrity, a public figure or someone you know — without their consent.
- Post or ask for sexual content involving minors, in any form. We report it to the authorities.
- Post or ask for explicit sexual content, graphic violence, or content encouraging self-harm.
- Share someone's private information, spam, scam, or use Lupi to break the law.
- Scrape, overload or reverse-engineer the service, get around its limits, or use automated means to make scenes.
We may remove anything that breaks these rules and suspend or close accounts that do, and we do not have to warn first. You can report anything from the app; we review reports as quickly as we can.
Your content
You keep what rights you have in what you post — comments, your bio, your photo, the directions you type. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, process, display and distribute it to run and improve Lupi, including using your photo to put you in the scenes you choose to star in. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies others were legitimately sent before then.
AI-made scenes
Scenes are generated by machine-learning models and may be inaccurate, strange or unlike what you asked for. They are not statements of fact. Scenes you ask for that do not show you may be shown to other people as part of the shared library. Scenes starring you are shown only to whom you choose: you, your friends, or anyone. You may not use Lupi scenes to mislead people into thinking they are real footage of real events.
Credits and Premium
Credits and monthly scene allowances are part of the service, not money: they have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, and may change or expire. We may limit how much any account can generate in a day.
Ending things
You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings; that deletes your data as the Privacy Policy describes. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk. The parts of these terms that by their nature should survive — content licences already exercised, disclaimers, limits of liability — survive.
Disclaimers
Lupi is provided as it is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for more than the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app before it applies; continuing to use Lupi afterwards means you accept it.
